Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service for TakeLoop (the "App"), provided by Myunghwan Kang (the "Developer"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
TakeLoop is a tool designed to support repeated-capture workflows. Users can create Scenes, capture multiple Takes for each Scene, compare them, and select the best Take. All data is processed and stored exclusively on the user's device.
3. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the App.
4. User Content
All rights to photos and videos captured through the App belong to the user. The Developer does not access, collect, or transmit user content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's source code. • Use the App for any unlawful purpose. • Circumvent or interfere with the App's security features. • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, logo, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to the Developer. Unauthorized use is prohibited except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not warrant uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss or device damage.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
The Developer may modify or discontinue the App's features or services without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
11. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are updated, changes will be communicated through an app update. The revised Terms take effect upon their publication within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
